Community Service Project

In November the Birmingham Smocking Arts Guild of America decorated a Christmas tree at Children's Hospital with the Wee Care Gowns we had smocked during the year.  The tree was sold and donated to Children's Hospital along with all of the gowns which will be used in the neonatal unit at Children's.

Get busy on those preemie garments and gowns!!! Mary Segal just posted on Delphi's Heirloom Sewing and Smocking Forum that the donations for the Wee Care Basket have been so generous that she is going to have to divide it up into 4 separate very large baskets!!! (Sandi, how many have you made? Huh?)

I guess I better get busy too! National is just around the corner!
