Last Week's Meeting and Sit 'n Sew

We had a great meeting last week and Friday's Sit 'n Sew at Melina's house was just wonderful! Melina is a perfect hostess. I forgot my camera so I used Melina's. When she emails me the photos, I will post them.

Maja Clayton came to our meeting wearing the adult Elsa blouse. It looks great! Again, wish I had taken a photo.... Maja is supposed to take one and post one soon. The Elsa is a new pattern is now available in shops and online. The child's and teen version is shown on her site. (See links to the left.)

National Convention is a month away!!! We are getting our raffle basket together. Christening Gown is the theme. All White is the color. Fill free to go stash diving to contribute. We will also need floss, thread, chocolates (what do you think about white chocolate?), laces, fabrics, plates etc. Be creative. Think of what a new mom or grandmother would want or like to have.

Darlene will post more on this later on. Meanwhile, pick up anything you think might be nice and that you would be willing to contribute!
